Another bump in the road
I went to see my Doc about my knee. My bursitis was flaring up again. I now take a medicine daily to help out with it. AND to top things off, she told me to take a couple weeks off. I have to say that I was VERY bad on the eating this week. I get depressed and start stuffing my face. I wasn't just upset about my knee, there are others things happening that have my kinda down right now. BUT, I think things are calming down. I may have things worked out. Well, I am working on it anyway...

Monday and Tuesday
Monday was great! I got up and did my workout even though I was tired. 30-30-15! Burned 511!!! WOW! Intake was good too. I am getting better at keeping it at 1200. I did start having knee pain while at work. Not a happy thing. I had problems in the past and it actually caused me to quit working out. Turned out to be bursitis. I had to get a couple shots in my knee. This is also what I believe cause my allergy to NSAIDs. So now, I can't take anything for the pain and inflammation in the knee.
Tuesday was not as great. I decided to take the day off from exercise. I need to rest my knee occasionally. I watched what I ate and tried to keep it near 1000. I may have gone overboard at supper though. I ate chips and salsa at Gem City. I bought pizza for my boys though. They enjoyed it. I may have been OK though. It may have only added up to 1200 total. I wanted to keep it lower because of the lack of exercise.
Tomorrow I will get up and exercise. 1-2-3-3-2-1 for 30, 30 crunches and 15 extensions. It will be ok. I can work with the knee and still lose weight.

Rest of Saturday and Sunday
The rest of Saturday was fine. I had tacos for lunch. Ordered 3 and only ate 2. lol. We went to the riverfront to watch the fireworks. I ate a hot dog and a bag of chips. After that I had some kettle corn. It has a lot fewer calories than I had thought. I had a Pepsi too. Man that stuff is great! It knocked out my headache! So all in all it was a good food day. I exercised too and burned off 520. That was awesome!
Now on to today...
I had a bowl of Special K with 1% milk. Only 170 there. for lunch i had a BUNCH of kettle corn, but it was only 240!!! Supper will be the big meal. We are having meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli with corn. Good food!!! Gives me 475 for the meal. This leaves me enough wiggle room to have a fudge bar. I'm so happy!
The best part about watching what I eat is that I am not denying myself anything. I just make adjustments to allow for the foods that I want. This is great!!
oh! AND I weighed myself today. 193!!!! WOOOHOOO!!!!!
Now on to today...

Recapping the last couple of days
I think I left off Wednesday. Well, here I go...
Thursday. I was able to use the body ball for a workout. I forgot to wear the watch, so I'm not sure about calories burned. I ate a total of 1340. So, a little over my goal, but not bad anyway.
Friday. I didn't exercise. I was really sore from the body ball workout. I did however, manage my caloric intake to allow me to go out with my hubby and have 3 beers. YES! I went out and had a great time and only consumed 1200 calories for the entire day!
So, on to Saturday. So far, I have not exercised. I am really suffering from lack of sleep, or something... I hope to take advantage of naptime today to get the workout in. Food today. So far, I have had a banana. The rest of the day will be fine. I'm getting really good at judging calories now.

Here's another post
I actually got out of bed this morning and exercised. I went a little lighter for my knee. I have had to wear a brace too many times this week. Food wasn't bad today. I won't go into detail, but it was right around 1300. good enough for me.
