Monday was great! I got up and did my workout even though I was tired. 30-30-15! Burned 511!!! WOW! Intake was good too. I am getting better at keeping it at 1200. I did start having knee pain while at work. Not a happy thing. I had problems in the past and it actually caused me to quit working out. Turned out to be bursitis. I had to get a couple shots in my knee. This is also what I believe cause my allergy to NSAIDs. So now, I can't take anything for the pain and inflammation in the knee.
Tuesday was not as great. I decided to take the day off from exercise. I need to rest my knee occasionally. I watched what I ate and tried to keep it near 1000. I may have gone overboard at supper though. I ate chips and salsa at Gem City. I bought pizza for my boys though. They enjoyed it. I may have been OK though. It may have only added up to 1200 total. I wanted to keep it lower because of the lack of exercise.
Tomorrow I will get up and exercise. 1-2-3-3-2-1 for 30, 30 crunches and 15 extensions. It will be ok. I can work with the knee and still lose weight.
