I think I left off Wednesday. Well, here I go...
Thursday. I was able to use the body ball for a workout. I forgot to wear the watch, so I'm not sure about calories burned. I ate a total of 1340. So, a little over my goal, but not bad anyway.
Friday. I didn't exercise. I was really sore from the body ball workout. I did however, manage my caloric intake to allow me to go out with my hubby and have 3 beers. YES! I went out and had a great time and only consumed 1200 calories for the entire day!
So, on to Saturday. So far, I have not exercised. I am really suffering from lack of sleep, or something... I hope to take advantage of naptime today to get the workout in. Food today. So far, I have had a banana. The rest of the day will be fine. I'm getting really good at judging calories now.
