The rest of Saturday was fine. I had tacos for lunch. Ordered 3 and only ate 2. lol. We went to the riverfront to watch the fireworks. I ate a hot dog and a bag of chips. After that I had some kettle corn. It has a lot fewer calories than I had thought. I had a Pepsi too. Man that stuff is great! It knocked out my headache! So all in all it was a good food day. I exercised too and burned off 520. That was awesome!
Now on to today...
I had a bowl of Special K with 1% milk. Only 170 there. for lunch i had a BUNCH of kettle corn, but it was only 240!!! Supper will be the big meal. We are having meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli with corn. Good food!!! Gives me 475 for the meal. This leaves me enough wiggle room to have a fudge bar. I'm so happy!
The best part about watching what I eat is that I am not denying myself anything. I just make adjustments to allow for the foods that I want. This is great!!
oh! AND I weighed myself today. 193!!!! WOOOHOOO!!!!!
